24 Hour Search LLC is committed to clear, ethical practices in how our services are structured and paid for. This page explains the difference between our executive search engagements and our career advisory services, and what each costs whom.

Employer-Paid Executive Search

Our executive search engagements are paid by the hiring company, never by the candidate. We do not charge candidates for job placement, introductions to employers, or access to employment opportunities.

If a company has retained us to fill a role, candidates participating in that process face no fees of any kind, at any point in the engagement, regardless of outcome.

Career Advisory Services

Our career advisory services are independent of our search engagements and do not include placement. Career advisory engagements provide one-on-one strategic guidance to professionals navigating their own job search, executive positioning, or career transition.

Career advisory clients pay directly for advisory services. These engagements are separate from our search work and create no obligation for either party to participate in any active search.

No Implied Placement

Engaging us for career advisory services does not place a client into any open search we are running. Conversely, participating as a candidate in one of our searches does not entitle a person to advisory services.

These are deliberately distinct lines of work, structured this way to protect the integrity of every engagement.
