Equal Opportunity & AI Use

Effective May 26, 2026

24 Hour Search runs leadership searches on behalf of client companies. This page describes how that practice handles equal opportunity and AI use.

Equal Opportunity

24 Hour Search is an equal opportunity firm. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. This applies to our own hiring and to every executive search engagement we run on behalf of our clients.

Candidates who require a reasonable accommodation to participate in a search process may request one by contacting kristin@24hoursearch.com. We will work with the candidate and the client to put a reasonable accommodation in place.

How We Use AI

We use AI tools as a sourcing and operational aid: to help surface candidates we might otherwise miss, draft initial outreach, organize information across large candidate populations, and support the administrative work of running a search.

The methodology that guides who is sourced, evaluated, and presented to a client is built on the founder's executive search practice. AI tools are configured to support that methodology, and final evaluation and presentation decisions are made by a person.

We do not use automated employment decision tools to make hiring decisions or to substantially assist a hire or no-hire conclusion. Decisions to add a candidate to a slate, advance a candidate through a search, or remove a candidate from consideration are made by a person, accountable for the result.

Candidate Choice

A candidate who would prefer that AI-assisted sourcing or outreach not be used in their candidacy can request that at any point by replying to any communication from us or contacting kristin@24hoursearch.com. We will accommodate the request to the extent practicable, and the request itself will not be used as a basis to disadvantage the candidate.

Data and Questions

Information about how we collect, use, and protect candidate data is in our Privacy Policy. Information about how our services are structured and paid for is in our Service Disclosure. For questions about this policy, accommodation requests, or any aspect of how we run a search, contact kristin@24hoursearch.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
