24 Hour Search LLC is certified as a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), as part of Disability:IN's Supplier Inclusion program. The certification confirms the firm is at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by a person with a disability, and connects certified businesses with organizations seeking a more inclusive supply chain.
I have long believed that even with the immense challenges and pressures of being a neurodivergent woman founder, it is my superpower. My mind works in a way where there is always an answer, even when it is not obvious, and I approach problems like pieces of a puzzle waiting to be put together.
What certification means
The Disability:IN Supplier Inclusion program certifies disability-owned business enterprises, including service-disabled and veteran disability-owned businesses, and connects them with organizations seeking to gain a competitive edge in their supply chains. On average, DOBEs employ people with disabilities at significantly higher rates than their non-DOBE peers, and DOBEs are recognized nationally by The Billion Dollar Roundtable.
This certification joins 24 Hour Search's existing WBENC certification as a Women's Business Enterprise. The firm is now certified as both woman-owned and disability-owned.
